Food is typical breakfast fare, but tastes great. Service is good. Owner is friendly and talkative.
I will definitely be back! -

This a hole in the wall diner but the food was absolutely amazing! I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo. It was giant and I couldn't finish it all. My son had the chicken version and couldn't finish. It was delicious and huge! My boyfriend had the French toast and it was amazing. Thick slices and tasted like a churro but better! Hashbrowns were crisp, not soggy like a lot of places. And other food items were cooked well!
The only reason for four stars is that the place needs to be cleaned and it's pretty crowded in there. You can't really sit comfortably. Also hate that you have to get your own coffee. I think they would do better if they took table orders and let their people get tips.
Enjoy! -

I love reading YELP reviews, don't you? I don't think I've been to a place that had so many reviews mention the phrase, hole-in-the-wall. But so apropos here. It certainly is, and they have many of them as well, so on both levels the description fits. This is a four star place during college breaks, otherwise it's infested with college students. The last thing I want is to be stuck in a room drinking my coffee with 35 college students ignoring me as this is what I do for work. But when Marquette is out of session this is a friendly, ugly breakfast place with large servings (very large) of American diner breakfast food. This is a good choice for Marquette and MATC students, younger people whose metabolisms haven't slowed down yet, parents visiting their college student children, downtown workers young enough to not need to worry about fiber consumption and tourists staying downtown with enormous morning appetites.

Fantastic hole in the wall spot for a no-frill breakfast or brunch on a budget.
Near Marquette's campus, you'll find the blue and gold interior decorated with Marquette sports posters and game schedules.
Order at the counter and your food will be brought to your table within minutes.
The burritos are MASSIVE. Like, size of your head massive. The pancakes are also huge and SUPER tasty! Try one of the numerous breakfast combos for a really filling meal. -

I ordered the mini buffet. Lots of food- nothing mini about it! Hash browns and French toast are the best I've ever had! Reasonable and delicious!
